Terms of Service

These Terms of Service set out the legal agreement between you and Firmhub for access to and use of our services.

Effective date: February 15, 2026 Applies to all workspace subscribers and users

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Firmhub, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you use the service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to bind that organization.

2. Service Description

Firmhub provides software tools for legal workspace management, including document workflows, communication, productivity tracking, and related administrative features.

3. Account and Access

  • You must provide accurate information and keep account details up to date.
  • You are responsible for safeguarding credentials and all activities under your account.
  • Workspace administrators are responsible for user provisioning, permissions, and internal access governance.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the service. Prohibited activities include unlawful use, unauthorized data access, disruption attempts, malware distribution, reverse engineering beyond applicable law, and infringement of intellectual property rights.

5. Subscription, Billing, and Plan Limits

Some features require paid subscriptions. Pricing, billing cycle, and usage limits follow your selected plan and workspace configuration. You agree to pay applicable fees and taxes through approved payment channels.

Failure to pay may result in service suspension or access limitations as permitted by law and contract.

6. Customer Data

You retain rights to data submitted to the service. You grant Firmhub the rights necessary to host, process, and transmit data solely for providing and improving the service according to applicable law and our Privacy Policy.

7. Intellectual Property

Firmhub and its licensors retain all rights, title, and interest in the platform, software, and documentation, excluding customer-provided content.

8. Third-Party Services

The service may integrate with third-party providers. Their tools and content are governed by their own terms and policies, and Firmhub is not responsible for third-party services outside our control.

9. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for material breach, unlawful activity, security risk, or as required by law. You may stop using the service at any time, subject to subscription and contractual commitments.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Firmhub will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill arising from use of the service.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use after updates become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
